    Weekends are great!!! I have the TV shows, going out with family and simply enjoying my leisure times at home and outside. As usual, Me, my sister and my dad went East Coast Park Way to jog. It has always been a routine to go jogging on sunday. I hope to make it a MUST for me to exercise at least twice a week to maintain my fitness and simply to keep healthy. Whenever I go ECP, Im always filled with amazement with the minority of the Singaporeans who bother to sacrifice their Sunday's mornings just to exercise.

    Most of the joggers are male but there seems to be an increasing trend for females too. Those ppl over there who sacrifice their precious sleep or should I say setting aside time admist their busy schedules just to exercise and sweat it out. Exercising can also be a form of releasing stress. Even though, when I exercise I admit I do feel a bit strenous and tired. Perhaps, my stamina is not too good. However, Im determined to train my stamina!!! I really believed exercising helps. It somehow makes me feel that if I exercised, I will be healthy. Eating the right food is also crucial. I hope I practiced what I preached=X Ha.

    Enough of all the facts of life. I really do hope those who are reading this post will set aside time to exercise. coz....
